BIOGRAPHIES

Nikolay Dimitrov

Nikolay has been drawing, painting and creating since he was two years old. As a young child, the first
time he picked up a pencil, he immediately started to draw on the wall. His talents were well nurtured
by parents who appreciated his talent, and by age 7 he started art classes at the "1 School Konstantin
Konstantinov." His skills were recognized early on, and he won his first award at age seven, for a
painting of a tree in the woods. His photo appeared in the local Sliven newspaper.

At 12 years old, Nikolay applied and was admitted to attend the professional Art School “Art Dimitar
Dobrovich” in Sliven, Bulgaria. It was there he further perfected his artistic skills, specifically
painting, but he also learned graphics and was exposed to all forms of art. Upon completion of his
studies there, he received a High School diploma. At 19 years old, he went on to study at Turnovo
University "St. Kiril and Method" painting, a highly competitive program that only accepts five students a
year. He graduated from the University with a BA degree with a specialization in painting.

As a student, Nikolay participated in a many competitions. In 2002 and 2003 he won an award in a
graphic design contest, “Aggressiveness, Revolt, Education” organized by the Municipal Committee to
Combat Public Nuisance of Minors in his hometown of Sliven, Bulgaria.

With years of experience in advertising and creative design, in 2005 and 2006 he was awarded First Prize
at the student painting exhibitions. In 2006 and 2007, he participated in 3D design in an International
Vision Forum for 3D Graphics in Veliko Tarnovo.

In 2007, Nikolay exhibited his drawings and paintings, and in 2008, he once again participated in the
Exhibition of Fine Art Oil Painting at Tutrakan. In 2009 and 2010 he participated in the Biennial Design at

Nikokay has worked for and created designs for large international companies. He has more than 15 years experience in the field of web design, motion graphics, graphic design, branding, logo design, 3D design.

For Nikolay, design is not just what it looks like and feels like, and how well it functions.

 

Maria Fartunova

Maria Fartunova has been painting since childhood about 10 years old. Before that like most child she
wants to do many things to be a singer, ballerina, dancer and many other. Start with paintings like all
other dreams in one circle drawing and begun to do so consistently.

She went on to study art during her secondary education in art school at “St.St.Kiril and Metodi” in
Burgas. There she gained experience in drawing, make her first sculptors and portraits, try different
techniques, participate in workshops, and meets with many artists from who draws knowledge.
After high school Maria continued her higher education in Veliko Turnovo University “St. Kiril and
Methodi”, where she studied Education of Fine Art with a specialization in Graphic design.

When she was a student she created many graphic, interior and exterior projects, models and 3D
visualization. She has participated in various projects for all sorts of companies. Maria completed her
university education in 2010 with a degree in bachelor and keeps very busy creating and producing
animation and clips.

Doing design gives Maria great pleasure, and fills her with warm emotions.
